Guided meditation session
Allow my voice to gently steer your mind through wherever you are with intention, so that you may return back to the present moment with reduced anxiety and more clarity of thought. This practice facilitates an immersive experience, allowing participants to release their daily stresses and delve into a state of relief and mindfulness. My soothing guidance aim to soften the edges of a hectic life, enabling a deeper connection with yourself.
I offer 2 styles of meditation for you to choose from:
Bodyscan meditation is a powerful mindfulness practice (and a firm favourite with my clients!) that invites you to cultivate a deep awareness of your body's sensations, from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head. By systematically directing your attention to each part of your body, you can unlock a profound sense of relaxation, uncovering areas of tension or discomfort that often go unnoticed. This method encourages you to acknowledge these sensations without judgement, allowing for a greater connection between mind and body. As you breathe deeply, the process becomes a journey of self-discovery, fostering an empowering shift in perspective that can enhance your mental clarity and emotional well-being. Embarking on a bodyscan meditation not only centres your thoughts but also immerses you in the present moment, leaving you invigorated and more attuned to your physical self.
Curated meditation is a meditation I will design personally accordingly to themes in your situation and what you are currently going through in your life.
All sessions are held virtually on zoom. Each session lasts for 1 hour and costs £70 to be paid in advance
